I hope to get a new SV, but if it has to be, a well worn version will do nicely.
Anyway, I'm sure a new pistol will look just as worn after a busy season.

Custom STI Edge

Picked up 2 years ago. Keonig hammer, 2lb trigger, shoots remarkably about 2" at 50 yards. (40 s&w). Slide is smooth like butter.

Geez, after seeing all those pretty guns I'd be ashamed to show my beat up old SVs. One still has some black parkerizing on it and the other still has about 25% of it's bluing...

I recently picked up another Infinity so I have something to shoot while my other one is cooling down between strings.

.40 S&W, blued, Dawson front sight.

Here it is, set up for IDPA, with its big brother:

Something about these guns make them a pure joy to shoot. I don't know what it is, but I'm sold on them. I'm seriously thinking about selling off a bunch of my other pistols that I never shoot now, and getting a couple more SVs.
