These are the ones I have pics of. There are/were a few more including another Nighthawk, a Colt and a Springfield.

Executive Carry

CQB

Talon II Lightweight - from a daily carry thread

Talon II steel frame

VBOB

Custom 2 which had the starburst grips for a while since I hated those rubber grips - I will no longer own Kimbers. I bought my last one a few years ago and the SIS was the only one I don't completely regret.

SIS Pro

CDP II

TRP - excuse the crappy bag, I got a couple for next to nothing and use them for storage.

^^^Nice, the grips go well with the gun. Did you polish that yourself or came like that?

My New 1911

I just purchased my first 1911. I wanted it to be a good one and I think this one is going to fill the bill. It is the first Custom Elite made by South Fork Arms.

The pic is from the website. My pistol was used for the pic. I should have it some time next week. I will do a range report as soon as I get it.

Among other bells and whistles it has a Nowlin barrel and the case hardning was done by Doug Turnbull. The entire pistol is hand built and fitted.

Welcome to the forum Briar. Wow, that is a beautiful pistol. I'm trying to close my mouth, but it's stuck in the open/drool position.

I really don't know yet. As I said, I won't have it until probably next week. Perkins just got it back from Turnbull and he still has to set the front sight and shoot it for accuracy.

He is going to shoot a test target at 25 yrds and I will post it as soon as I get it. I'm sure I will have to shoot it for a while go get accustomed to it before I will be able to fully utilize the pistol to even approach it's full capabilities.
