FYI: the following Kimbers come with stainless steel match grade barrels...




FWIW -

Taken from Kimber's 2012 catalog, p. 58.

The following models have stainless steel match grade barrels:

Gold Match II
Stainless Gold Match II
Raptor II
Stainless Raptor II
Grand Raptor II
Super Carry Custom II
Super Carry Custom HD II
Gold Combat II
Gold Combat RL II
Gold Combat Stainless II
Super Match II - the only gun with an accuracy guarantee

looking at kimber's web page the combaat series and super match II also use just steel, just like the eclipse which I own it's only the bushing that's stainless unless I'm reading it wrong.

I was confused by that too, but apparently the Kimber catalog is the place to look.

Some of the descriptions on the web pages are not correct. You need to look at the two page spec sheet in the catalog that shows what guns have what features.

Yep, there do seem to be discrepancies. The ones I listed came from the two page spec sheet in the 2012 catalog. Although, I don't know what makes that any more accurate than anything else??? How do we know the table is right?

Cause the table shows the same specs as past spec sheets and the pages on the website are changed every few years.

I have the Stainless Ultra Raptor II. So does the catalog show it having a SS barrel as well?

Nope. None of the Ultras have stainless barrels.

Kruzr already got this, I'll just add for clarity of the list, if it's not in the list, it doesn't have a SS barrel.
