www.Bidgunner.com

The concept of winning a "Baby Eagle" for 10 cents is kind of appealing, but the fact that when there are ten different people bidding on the same item and there is five seconds left in the auction, someone else makes a bid and the auction goes right back up to 20 or 30 seconds. So theoretically even though there is only 5 seconds left in the auction people just keep bidding and the auction doesn't end until people get tired of bidding / don't want to pay that much it just ends up being the same as gunbroker except you have to "pay for your bids" lol..

Those type sites always sound very gimmicky and scam like. Stick with gunbroker.

Wow Buds really did sink to a new lower level than they already are IMO. They partnered with this nonsense scam BS

My reputable dealer is Budsgunshop.com. I'd have to pull out all the receipts to say exactly how much, but I can count in my head over $15K in guns I've bought from Buds over the last few years, not counting ammo and accessories. I may be the lucky one, but I have never had one single hint of a problem during any of my transactions with them. I couldn't ask for anything better. It did kind of surprise me when I got the same "Bidgunner" email, though. I surely won't be doing that, but I'll be ordering from Buds until something (hopefully never) bad happens.

I will never again order from Buds after my last fiasco with them. They have a 1 star rating out of 400+ on resellerratings.com

Their overall service has tanked over the past year. I was purposefully lied to by those scumbags.

These feedbacks mean more to me than the one you posted:

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...px?User=280302

Atleast with those I know they come from actual customers.

Yeah but when there are that many negatives on a review site something is wrong. A few here and there you can brush off, but not in that quantity. You believe what you want to believe and drink the Buds Kool-Aid

All the reviews from reseller ratings are from different people too because you cant post two reviews from the same ip.

Here is a company that treats their customers well and they have a 9.7 with 200+ reviews.

I believe the service I received both online and at their store multiple times. And as far as their Kool-Aid...it was just right, not too much sugar or water.

One person's rant or a website where anyone, customer or not, can leave a review with no proof of a transaction doesn't sway my opinion about any company.

You keep supporting those scumbags then.

Do the math

A gun that sells for $20 on a penny auction is really 2,000 fifty cent bids, or $1,000 in bid revenue. Sure, if you spend a couple of bucks on bidding and win, you got a steal, but that is the lure of Vegas. The house wins on this setup.

Don't be. Great selection, great prices, great indoor range, Thursday night USPSA matches, it gets a bit crowded and hard to get waited on sometimes, but that's our fault, not theirs.

I have only had dealings with Bud's locally as they are my LGS. I have been overall, very pleased with them. I can't speak for the Internet side of things. I do know that there are two different owners involved. The Gun Warehouse and Range locally and then "Bud's" on the Internet. Someone correct me if they know for sure but I believe that the actual "Bud" (Bud Wells) isn't the majority owner of the Internet sales side but is on the local side, The Gun Warehouse and Range. I honestly think Bud was just a good ol' boy who started a good thing, got big and essentially sold his "name" to suit and tie business guys that probably doesn't know a 1911 from a Glock.

I've bought more than a dozen guns from Buds over the last few years and have always had great service and received the exact product I ordered. Of course they won't be perfect, as they are selling an astonishing 1500 guns per day on average, and will have the occasional customer service issue.

I go to Bud's site almost daily just to check things out. And I must admit I don't like that they now have bidgunner auctions going on the site. But, I just ignore that aspect and just deal with the regular part of Bud's site. It's their business and they can do what they want. It won't prevent me from doing business with them.
