SIG 1911 22 - Want to change sights

I have had this gun for a month now and absolutley love it. I, however, am not thrilled with the plastic sights that Sig provides and would like to change them. I have come up empty trying to find replacement sights. Has anyone been able to find any? If so, where and what part numbers to order.
Thanks,
George

ps - attached a picture of my 1911's. S&W 45, Taurus 9mm and the Sig 22.

I put the Dawson Precision Fiber Optic Front sights on my Sig, what an improvement! Dawson offers a matched pair option if you want to change front & rear.

This should get you started:

qwiksdraw, did you have to do anything to the sights or did they just drop in?

I had a few upgrades done to the gun (ambi safety, grip safety, MSH) which I had a gunsmith do, so he did the sight install as well. He said it was easy to do, but you have to get the fit real tight for it to last. If you do a lot or work on a gun, it might be easy enough to do. A beginner like me is glad to leave it to the pros.
