Very nice 1911. I know this is an old post but how has your CQB held up? Can we get an update?

Thanks! I have about 500 rounds through it so far. School has been taking up a lot of my time, but almost done in a couple weeks so I know I will be putting plenty more through it.

Could not be happier with it. Makes me smile every time I pull it out to look at or dry fire. Its more accurate than I am. All around I just love this gun.

Sweet piece. Very similar to mine, so I know the love affair that you're experiencing with your blaster has to be much the same as mine. I've only got 516 rounds through mine now, but like yours, flawless.

Congrats on not only a beautiful gun, but a new heirloom.

It is amazing. Have around the same round count too like you said. Brings a smile every time I bring it out. It will be my sons one day.

I'm OC like this but the grip safety lines up perfectly with the frame. Not to mention if I got a CQB that is almost exactly how I would spec it out! VERY nice weapon...

Did the AT make it easier to clean up after shooting?
