The case being presented to the Grand Jury is not necessarily a bad thing. In Texas most shootings are brought before a Grand Jury. If law enforcement and the DA feel that the shooting was justified the DA will ask for a no bill of indictment.
In the FWST account I read nothing that said the bg was shot. But maybe I missed it. He could have been injured by flying glass form both his front & rear windshields being shot out. |
