can you use a Series 80 Cut in Caspian slide as a Series 70?
Looking at spending some of my next paycheck on a Caspian slide, and I was wondering if I should get the Series 80 Cut in the slide or not since I'm undecided if I'm going 70 or 80... But I'd like to keep my options open.
Will there be any detriment to having the cut and then not using it? |

you can use a series 80 slide without the extra parts, same with a series 80 frame, however you will need a spacer ($5 at brownells) to fill the gap in the frame. Do not use a series 80 hammer in a series 70 pistol however unless it has hooks at the half cock.
