Nickel Plated Colt 1911's

In order to suppress my symptoms of Stainless Steel Envy...show me some nickel plated or hard chromed Colt 1911's!

Here is mine...1988 Delta Elite 10mm

Ok let's see yours! Remember...Nickel or hard chrome only!

Thanks...but no thanks! LOL!

I'm debating to put factory Delta Elite wrap around's on it or not. The wood and nickel contrast is pretty classy though.

Anyone else have some plated 1911's?

Your Delta Elite is beautiful RocketFoot. My Gold Cup isn't plated, but the polished stainless looks like chrome.

Old (1952 Commercial Government Model) in .45 acp with a spare slide assy (barrel, recoil spring, bushing, target sights, and ejector) in .38 Super.

The gun has been refinished; last night I removed the .45 ejector and configured it for .38 Super; the frame appears to be blue under the ejector. I need to contact Colt - get the letter - and have it refinished...properly.

I've posted pictures of this one in the past but I'm still kind of partial to it.
