Magazines for Colt/Umarex 1911 22lr?

I finally gave in and picked up a Colt/Umarex 1911 22lr this weekend at a gunshow. It is the Railgun model. Anyone know where I can find an extra mag for it? I searched alot on the internet and have not found any yet.

I ordered 4 of them a month ago. Got a message that they were out of stock, and they still appear to be so:

In case anyone is wondering, my Umarex/Colt is an absolute tack driver, is well built and 100% reliable.

Thanks for the info. I searched for over 3 hours yesterday on the internet and could not find an in stock magazine.

I would agree with you about the accuracy of the pistol. Mine is very accurate too and very reliable. I am thinking of getting the Government Model just to get another magazine for it for the immediate future. I would like to shoot mine in competition this weekend.

I bought one when it first came out and after a minor warranty issue, it is a very nice rifle. I also bought several mags, so I guess they were available then.

If you shoot from a rest or bipod, I would suggest getting some of the 10 round mags. The 30 round ones are too long for shooting prone or off of a table.

We're referring to the 1911 pattern pieces. Mine is the Government model...as if that were left to doubt...

I have two of them, I have emailed umarex and I am waiting for the reply. I have been all over the net and cant find any extra mags. funny how they are out of stock yet no one is selling them. I have a standing order thru my dealer for at least 4. hope to see these out on the market soon.

Well I went the expensive way and bought a second gun - the government model. Now I have 2 mags and can use one of the guns in competition. New problem - can't decide which I like better, the rail gun or the government model

I can see why at $26.99 vs. $38.80 at the UmarexUSA site.
