CB bullets
Has anybody used CB bullets I never used lead and thinking about trying 200 swc. any place to buy about 100 to try out? thanks

Welcome to this forum. There is a sticky at the top of this forum listing sources for components. Most of the cast bullet folks will be glad to provide a small number of cast bullets for you to try if you contact them. I have not used CB bullets. Try some 200gr lswc's like you mention. Also try some 230 lrn. Good luck.

I'm assuming you are referring to 45 ACP. In that case, the 200 SWC is very popular and can be very accurate. Some older 45's might have a problem feeding them if the chamber has not be throated for SWC's (the sharp angles of the chamber entrance are beveled for smooth feeding). A lot of new 45's come with a throated chamber. The cast lead round nose is also popular.

As I read the original post, I first thought CB was a brand of bullet. Then, based on the OP's question about where to buy 100, I'm now thinking that by CB the OP meant "cast bullet". Particularly since I've never heard of a CB brand.
