now that I've done a search... I don't think so.

Most people suggest that if you want quality for a low price go with Rock Island.

Here's a link

It is made by Armscor.

It is my understanding that it was made for SASS shooters who shoot Wild Bunch matches.

It was featured at the shot show per this listing - looks like a RIA gov to me!

shown about 1/2 way down on the right side

800 seems a little steep when you can get a tactical for cheaper...does anyone know of any differences in the cimmaron compared to the gi? I just can't see paying an extra 400 (give or take) for a "gi" made by the same company

Looking at the Cabelas ad it is advertized as blue or stainless steel then farther down it has one as nickel then father down it list one in chrome? it has two mag,s checkered grips and a holster, farther down it is listed as this product is no longer available? looks like GI frame, don"t know about the barrel?

I saw a first one of these at a gun show yesterday and noted it was priced SLIGHTLY higher than RIA . it was not as expensive as this auction starting price.
