STI Competitor Scope Mount Question
Do any of you know how long STI has been using the single sided scope mount on their race-gun offerings? I'm just wondering if mounting on one side of the frame causes undue stress over spreading the load to both sides of the frame.

The single sided scope mount, a-la Alchin has been in use by many, not just STI for several years. Not as light as a normal serendipity, but rugged just the same. They work fine.
