Name the Holster Contest

Here's a new IWB holster - a joint venture between Tucker Gunleather and Greg Garrett at Comp-tac. Very fast and very comfortable. We need to name it and thought you all could help.

What suggestions do you have for a name?

If we pick a name that you come up with, you will win one of these holsters. Even if we don't pick your suggestion for the final name, we will judge the "best suggested" name and still award the prize.

Ever tried to name a product before? It can drive you crazy trying to come up with something good. So, we leave it to you. Before you submit your name you might want to do an internet search and type in the name and the word "holster" together to see if another maker is already using the name. Several of our ideas turned out to be already taken.

Good luck and have fun! Deadline is two weeks - August 15th.

Info on holster: Kydex and top quality cowhide. Easy one-handed reholstering. No hardware visible on reverse side. Snapover clips also available 5/8 inch longer than shown to add to the amount of shirt you can tuck if you wear it "tucked." Initial production for Glocks and 1911's. More models in near future. May also be available in all black. P.O.R.

Yeah, and I'd get to know Tony Kanaly's team of copyright attorneys real well, too.

Might as well call it what people will say when they see it.

It's the: What the h*ll is that thing.

MarkW beat me to it. The Garret Tucker or the GT Tucker if you prefer. Actually, I do prefer the GT Tucker. Do I get a free one?

It looks like an island or continent, I'm sure. Figure out the land mass that it most closely resembles, and call it the "xxxxx-Tac".

Hybrid or some variation of Crossbreed

GT Crossbreed
Garrett-Tucker Crossbreed
Crossbreed ISP
OR
GT Hybrid
Maybe some variation on hybrid sounds more "modern" than crossbreed. Hybrid might also make people look to see what it is a hybrid of aside from the materials.
My first thought was the "Why didn't somebody think of that before?"

I was thinking....

"The Bad Mothertucker"

or the ""I Can't Believe You're Concealing a 1911!"

or, given the combination of materials, the "Hybrid Vigor"
