Just a test, All,

Failed, unfortunately! HUmmmmmm..... I have been posting this problem in it's own thread in the questions area, and have just tried posting from Photobucket, without success. Please note that I've posted photos from PB in lots of other forums, without a single problem. Just now, trying to use the "image file", I got this:

Invalid File

Can anyone see what's wrong with this, and why I cannot post from Photobucket, even doing as I've been instructed to do? One more tidbit of info that may prove helpful. I see my attachments bar is completely red, and above it is posted: "The sum of all attachments owned by Doc Mark: 4.03 MB". Should I dump all my attachments, and go with Photobucket, only?? Thanks, and God Bless!

P.S. I'm going to copy this to the thread I began on this problem, as well as here, just to cover all my bases. Thanks for your understanding and help.

P.P.S. HOLY MOLY!! Photo did post, after all, even though I got an "invalid file" error!! Idea's? Comments?? Suggestions? I'm glad to see that the photo posted, but still don't know why I'm getting the file error message. ?????????

Hi, All,

I'm another one that has problems posting photos. I did fine when I was using my own computer to upload them here, but when I tried to use Photobucket, the photos will no longer post, and I'm over my limit on this forum for taking photos from my own computer. The odd thing is that I haven't posted that many photos, but I still might be "photo-less at the forum". Hummmm..... Anyway, this is a test to see if things have changed.

Well, that didn't work..... again! I'm getting bummed about this! Here's what I got when I tried to use a PB photo:

":
Invalid File"

Can anyone tell me what is "invalid" about this setup, please? I'm now going to see if the same photo will load from my computer, no matter that my "red line" is topped up. Here goes:

Nope. Here's what I got this time:

"ALRA07 120.jpg:
Exceeds your quota by 131.8 KB. Click here to view your attachments"

I think I'm beginning to understand. I have posted too many photos that are too large. So, now do I go about correcting that? I will copy this note to the Admin DSK, or to one of the Mods, and see if they can help, just in case they don't see this here. Should I resize all the photos I've posted to date? CAN I actually do that, and if so, how? Or, should I just delete all my heretofore posted photos, and start from scratch? If I do that, will those photos disappear from here at the 1911 forum, or are they here for good? Please help, Folks, as this is VERY frustrating, not being able to share photographs!! Thank you, very much, and God Bless!

P.S. Well, DANG!! The photo that was supposed to be invalid, popped up anyway, even though I got the notice of not being a valid file!!! Now, what in blazes is going on? ????????
