Item will be shipped brand new in box guaranteed not to be DOA. The Comp ML-XD has 10 settings -- Off, 8 Daylight settings and one Extra High Intensity Setting. Aimpoint has an extremely long life with Lithium battery (100-1000 hours depending on switch setting), and a 36MM objective diameter. Included are flip-up lens covers, battery, lens cloth, and instruction manual. There is also a 10 year factory warranty.
