MS Little magazine

Yesterday at the gun show, I bought what I believed to be an MS Little magazine and properly marked on top the foot with the letter "L". My question to an expert of these WW11 mags is this; the mag is two tone looking identical to the earlier mags of 1911 and early WW11 mags. Not having seen any two tone mags from MS Little before and also not shown in Clawsens little book, I now question if this mag is correct. Both my other MS Little mags are 100% blued.

It should be full blued if it is a correct MS Little Magazine produced for M1911a1s. I think you are correct to question it.

So now who is correct? Joe says it should be full blue, DiFlorio says two tone MS Little mags are correct; did MS Little make them both ways then? Win wants a photo but he has seen it already and may have owned it once? Ok Jim, you win, will take a photo and post but lazy still from gun show yesterday.

BTW- Win-82, got all my 1911's wiped down, oiled and locked up with nothing missing either so sticky fingers didn't sneak anything.

That is true. I have seen more than a few on eBay that brought this thought to mind.

I got the four that I have out. One is two tone with the letter "B" at the foot. The other three are solid tone, one with an "R", one with nothing and the last one with "Colt 45 Auto" on the bottom.

What daven59 is saying is that we haven't gotten through WW3-10 yet.

And my Wife checks that my zipper is up every time I leave home....Humor? if not having any life would be boring and lonely, may the good times roll for us all.
So enlighten me please; If saying - The first world war and the second world war, then why is it not the numerical number 1 or 2 or, WW1 or WW11 instead of the capitial I and II- ?
