So, which mags do ya'll use, the 7 round original versions or the 8 round versions and which do you find the more reliable. I noticed that CDNN has the Metalform 7 round mags with the fixed base plates on sale for $7.99 and the removable base plates were $9.99. Metalform 8 round mags were $12.99 so is it worth the extra few bucks for one more round or do ya'll think 7 is enough(with one in the chamber of course so it'd be 8 total).

Only 7 rd'r that I have is a Wilson for my SA V-10.

All others are 8's, 10's and 1 15 rd'r that works great.

When I stick it in the V-10, the short bbl and long stick mag resembles a Mac-10 (if you look fast). :biglaugh:

8s in my Taurus. That's what it came with, plus I have a Nighthawk mag (which, like the Taurus stock, is an ACT mag), and a CMC Powermag.

The Remington came with 7's, but we have CMC Powermag for that one too.

edit: ha, 666th post.

I have a mix of 7 and 8 round mags, but they're all loaded to 7 rounds.
