Get yourself a Daisy BB gun and put a target up in your home with an old pillow as the buffer. You can stand, kneel, or laydown; doesn't matter, and use your good eye for the sights while keeping the other eye open. Why a BB gun? It has a little recoil and it is mad cheap. When you get groups with both eyes open (15 ft or so) then you can apply it to your handgun. May sound far fetched, but it works.

One eye open. I am Left eye dominant shooting right handed.

I've heard it all before too. Put a dot on your glasses. Start shooting left handed, etc. I'm stubborn and I won't do any of that. I have no problem hitting my targets so I'm not changing now.
