Can we get a sticky on lever-action photo pics? We have some for shotguns, bolt-action, AR/AK/FAL, but no love for the lever-action. I've mentioned this before but never started one (but until now I finally have my own!). Mods, would it be possible to sticky this thread?
I have seen many of y'all with your great rifles (whether they be 30-30s or .357/.44 Mag. Let's see what y'all got!
I'll start, here's my new to me Marlin 1894 SS I got last weekend at the gun show. Shoots .44 Mag and to me the recoil is negligible (at least compared to my .30-06). Hopefully I can add more to the collection in the near future.
I'm an olde guy - 71 - grew up on westerns living in the west. Never had a lever action rifle before. Can't say that any more. Picked up a Henry .45 long Colt and am most pleased with its accuracy.

I came very close to getting the .45 LC myself, but in the end, I decided I wasn't ready yet to invest more money into reloading yet another caliber. The .44 just gave me more ammo options. At least for the present anyway.
Yeah, but there's nothing like loading thru the gate, like the Rifleman did. If Henry would change to a loading gate, I'd probably get rid of all my other lever guns. Yep, they're that good, and Anthony Imperato is the best.
