Rebirth of the M6 Scout but with a twist?

Haven't seen one in person yet. Wish I still had my M6, the price of one is really high now. This might be an even better bug out back pack gun, not as a main weapon but a handy do-all gun.

I did no pay much attention to what they were but my local general store gun shop had 3 or 4 small all metal survival type rifles hanging up for sale. They were made by chiappa as I remember the tag but did not pay attention if they were the m6 version or newer X model
Guess if I wanted a short lite 22 that was packable it would be a browning SA-22 or norico copy or remmy's early version .

Those are some nice guns, that stuff has gotten hard to find around here and the M6 Springfield Scouts have gotten quite expensive. One new in the box with the optional goodies gets up towards $800.00 at times. The basic gun was $160 when I bought it in the latter 90's.
