Very Cool!

I am glad that you are happy with the results. Who wouldn't be? Enjoy your new Baer!

You would change your mind though if you could see them without the "camera light"! They actually look great with only a hint of dark green showing up! So far, all I have been doing is dry firing a lot and of course working the slide! Did I mention the slide was almost as tight as the brand new Baer I got in Jan 2012?! Tonight I will field strip and plunk test my existing loads and then to the range tomorrow! I suspect the existing loads for my previous Baer will fit and perform just fine! I did get the "test targets"! Hell, I wish I could duplicate those at 25 yds, let alone 50 yards! I will get a range report up after this weekend! Thanks to all of your support! Obviously, I am a devoted fan of Alchemy! Thanks again, Rob, Jim, and Mark! Tom Rhoads

Awesome! We wouldn't mind more pics even if they are the same, we'll always take more pics!

ps. if you like the green grips, keep 'em! They just look a little gross in the photos, but no one else opinion really matters on your gun!

If Rob ever ditches his iPhone for a fancy Nikon and a few yards of red velvet the wait times will triple! I dig the gonzo photography myself as it tells the story far better than a parts list and final glamour shot.

2961146, congratulations again on your outstanding Baer!

When we go out shooting we always take along a few yards of red velvet as that is a 1911's natural habitat. We will continue with the gonzo photography as well as our gonzo film making. We are getting a lighted photo box very soon, but I think we'll limit the "glamor shots".
