I believe that is the best strategy. Prices are coming down. Also, I bet a lot of new buyers are getting frustrated by lack of ammunition and will be selling their frenzy buys, at discont prices soon...

I disagree. I am a new buyer and so is my GF. I may not have much ammo. Hardly any at all really but it will be a cold day in he will before we sell any of our guns. Not even medical bills will get me to sell.

All of those things said plus, I see no point in shooting .223 at darn near $1/round. I buy my .308 cheaper than a lot of .223 right now. Keep 'em.

I agree with the rest here... If you dont "NEED" it... wait until the prices get back to normal.

I wanted to get the Magpul variant for my wife... im waiting for sanity to return to the market.

I almost bought a LE901 for myself a couple months back... I didnt want to spend the $1900 i found one for... I would have had it sold by now had I bought it at that price.

Actual price - $1099 plus GA sales tax. Dawsonville Gun Store, Dawsonville, GA. They had two, then it was one

Beats the hell out of what a shop I've delt with for 20 years wants for a new one, $1900 bucks

Needless to say I doubt I buy anything new there again

That is the smart strategy. If you bought high keep it. I believe though there are a lot of new buyers, who will not have your patience.
