SA 5" Leather Holster

I'm thinking about ordering Springfield's 1911 black leather holster (part no. GE5123) since they're running the 30% off promo. Anyone own one or have any experience with one that they wouldn't mind sharing? Pictures? Under $40 sounds like a pretty good deal as long as they're decent. I'm only planning on using it at the range, not carry.

Is this all leather ? I hear that leather wont harm the finish on the 1911's as would the Kydex and others

Yep & I really like it! When I bought mine, it was on sale also.....for like $36 (IIRC). The mag carrier came with the last SA Loaded I bought.

My daily carry gear....


How I carry....(usually a short sleeved Carharrt button down work shirt conceals everything).

Yeah, but it's for a single magazine--at least that what they sent me.

It's a good holster especially at under $40.
