I shoot 38+P in Buffalo Bore and don't really enjoy it, however this hand ringer is definitely a defense load. Keep in mind the LCR is a small revolver.
ASYM in .45 is top notch, I would not want anything to be changed. A friend shoots .38 super and does rather well.
