Tactical 5.0 grip size?

Hey fellas, just wondering about the grip size on the Tactical 5.0 compared to a G21?

Is the circumference greater?

A G21 handle is about the biggest I can manage.

The tactical 2011 grip is only slightly larger than a standard 1911 it is in no way G21 or even 21SF size. It's actually very similar to a G17 grip.

I can't compare it to a G21's grip (don't have one to compare to), but compared to a 1911, the 2011 grips are the same dimensions side to side and front to back. However, the circumference of the 2011 is 1/4" bigger than the 1911 because the grip is blockier instead of oval shaped.

If you can wrap your hand(s) around a G21, you won't have any problems with the 2011 Tactical.

also the 2011 is more comfy (IMO) because it doesn't have the finger grooves.

STI 2011 grip frame is 5.75" in circumference, measured at the top of the MSH.

Glock 17 Gen 1 about 5.5" at its narrowest point.
I don't have a G21 to measure but I see numbers of 6.56" on the internet. The G21 SF is given as 6.25"
