I've recently had some additional work done to my CQB and Scott is the CSR handling my work order.

Let me just say, I do not ever remember receiving customer service at such a high level. Wilson is to be commended for hiring this gentleman. I'm sure there are others who offer excellent CS, but Scott goes over and above the call of duty. He is very much a professional is every sense of the word.

Just got to give credit where credit is due.

I too have great respect for Scott, and WCR. Both of them are a credit to WC.
My dealings with DW, EB, NH and LB were lacking in comparison.

I have visited WC and dealt with both Scott and Matt. Both exhibited the high degree of professionalism expected from a first class operation such as Wilson Combat.

What is not commonly known is that they are identical twin, elderly, asian men

I believe that is the time they quote. If it comes in sooner, they are heroes

Had some custom work done about a year ago. Scott was the one I dealt with the entire process. He kept me up to date as needed, delivered waht he said WHEN he said, and answered every email i sent within the same day! ( mostly within an hour) Even when I received my handgun back and had any questions, he was quick to answer any and all Questions. I think that speaks for itself, and I hope MR. Wilson knows what a great asset Scott is to the company.

Sounds like all the reps are top notch. I have dealt with Jason Jones a few times and could not be happier with his willingness to help. I belong to the over 55 club and can remember when this kind of service was expected or you would go elsewhere. I hope Wilson's attention to their customer base will serve as an example to others to step it up.
