OK, how do you carry your Kimber ultras concealed?

If you carry your kimber ultra concealed, how do you carry it? Cocked and Locked or hammer down, with no round chambered? If cocked and locked, do you use a holster that has a thumb break to, sort-of, come between the hammer and firing pin? (i.e. thumb break scabbard?) Just curious as how many carry this fine weapon...

Cocked and locked. No thumb break or anything like that. The 1911 has more than enough safety features built into it. Carrying any other way is senseless IMO. If carrying concealed you have enough to worry about with proper draw, clearing clothing away etc than to also have to worry about racking the slide to chamber a round or thumbing the hammer.

As far as any holster features that come between the hammer and firing pin, no need. Simply put, if you don't disengage the thumb safety, depress the grip safety AND pull the trigger, the pistol simply cannot go off. It was designed to be carried Condition 1.

I've been carrying condition one in a Milt Sparks VM2. It's comfortable, safe and secure.
