Yep this one should really stir up the anti gun nuts–

I have mixed feelings. It might force a return to the Constitutional Requirements for search and seizure. It might encourage trigger happy cops to shoot first and ask questions latter. It might get some good police officers killed..

The law follows a court ruling that said police have the right to enter a persons home home– Even if they do so Illegally. It would be simpler to require police officers to obey the Constitutional Requirements in the Fourth and Fifth Amendments pertaining to search and seizure.. Then all doubt is removed.
