How to trasformer para 18.9 (Italy) 9x21

Hi shooter friends,

im italian shooter and I have some request to you to change my 18.9 singole action heand gun from standard division to open division:

1st: i've changed my slide and barrel to one by STI plus infinity barrel (PARA/CLARK)

2nd: i had some problme to mounting Scopemount on frame because it was very very slim for screws.....how can do ?
