Kimber Team Match Grips

I really need to find a NEW set of Kimber,s Team Match Grips. I have that pistol and I should have bought a extra set right after I got my gun. Kimber did offer them untill they were stopped, I think by the very people they were donating money to. Any how I just could not help putting on any other grips on this pistol I competed with. Some of you could undestand that , so as the color of these grips slowly bleed into the white center logo I again am faced on either replaceing the gun or grips . I just saw a set sold here in Feb. 2010. Could there be another set out there anywhere ??

By NEW...do you mean brand new, never touched new? I have a set that I used maybe only 3 trips to the range and I doubt I will ever use again since getting these.

I see what you mean those grips look really hot . I'm still looking for a set of the original Team Match grips with the USA shooting team logo white center. Let me know if you are ready to sell them mabe we can get together on that .

Hi all.
I think I have just what you are looking for, but they are not for sale, sorry mine came with my team match II pistol and they have the USA shooting team logo In a white circle on multy color grips!!! I think they said that Kimber would give $100 of the selling price to the USA shooting team??? That's when they first came out with this pistol.

If my memory serves me right, I think I paid about $1100 for this pistol when It first came out, but my memory has not been serving me well at all lately?
The more I think about It the more I think I'm wrong with that price???

I spoke with my Kimber rep a few min ago - we have the grips on order and haven't seen them in a while.

The grips are still available but there is a minor issue with production. The grips are being made in red, white, and blue/green but it shouldn't have green tones in it. They are tweaking something apparently so they are not green. It sounds like after that is fixed, they'll be available again...

I hope Kimber will make good on what I would consider supplying their customers with the correct and matching replacement parts for one of their high end models. I've also tried to send a private message to Excalibor in the thread who may have a set he would like to sell. Does anyone know if when a private message is sent from this site do you get a e-mail alert to your private account?

I don't believe you get an email notification. I think it gives a pop up message when you log in though.
