S&W model #108303

Looking into purchasing my 1st 1911 I've looked at the 1911pd model as well as the Stainless railed model #10833. I think the model #108303 is going to be it, but if there's any words of wisdom on this model before i make my purchase, I'd greatly appreciate it...
