Question for R1 standard owners

I am looking at putting the rear sight of a standard R1 on a MEUSOC clone I am builing and I am interested in what the height of the fronnt sight.

Anyone outhere who has one and is willing to measure there front sight height?

I get .315" (little more than 5/16") from the top of the sight to the bottom of the dovetail cut on my R1. No, you can't have my sight, I need it. Oops, that's the BACK sight. Misread your post. The FRONT sight measures about .235" +/- .005" from top of sight to bottom of dovetail cut.
