S&w 457s

What would be a decent price for a NIB 457S? I ran across one and am seriously considering it as a carry piece. They're asking $575 will box, manual and all the goodies that came with it.

Did you get it? They are pretty nice, but that price is awfully close to a used HK USP compact or SIG 220... Tough one.

Nope-I can't make up my mind. Between that one and a XSE Commander it's a rough choice. Quite a bit of difference in price and model but both are superb pistols. The only thing I don't like about HK pistols is the magazine release location. I don't think I could ever get use to it.

Yaaa... I'd pick up the Colt if I could. I recently tossed and turned over a stainless Defender in a local shop, just couldn't afford it and my old 457 is just so reliable and shoots so well, I wasn't about to part with that to make room...
