A Positive Experience!

At the beginning of May I ordered a Tactical Elite in 10mm and setteled in for a long wait as my rep told me it would be September before it was ready, that was fine by me as I needed till the end of June to get the final payment. Last week the rep called me and told me it was finished early and ready to ship. I was panicked I won't have the final money till the end of June and was concerned as to what would happen to both the gun and my deposit. In a nutshell the rep told me it wasn't a problem at all and to finish paying it off by the end of June and all would be well. maybe my next one will take longer than they tell me and maybe it won't, but I do know this there will be another one and I am grateful to Wilson Combat for working with me when they could have easily said "deposit non refundable sorry about your luck!"

Something sounds fishy.

Let me get this straight. You ordered the gun the beginning of May 2011, and it is ready the beginning of June 2011?!?

IF this is true, it took them twice as long to change out grip screw bushings in my gun than to build yours.

Congrats on your new gun and your good fortune.

I seriously doubt they built his gun that quick. Most likely they had someone back out on a deal and it became available.

Like I said I'll have it paid for soon and will be more than happy to scan and post here all the paperwork I get with said gun. Keep in mind this one is in 10mm so perhaps the parts were available and in the inventory, or perhaps someone backed out like was mentioned earlier as I only asked for different sights? Either way veiled attacks on my credibility aside ( and expected from what I've seen here so far) I thought they deserved some credit for the customer service.

Well if they told you September and then call and say its ready after one month rather than four I would expect them to allow you time to get your final payment. So yeah they did do their CS job.
