Cigarhead that is a very very very nice talon ( i have one just like it) How do you like it. Mine has 1720 rounds through it now since i got it in may. Also i just got back from port royal the local cigar shop and came home with a couple padrons. A 2000 maduro and a 3000 regular. Got some extra change doing a odd job and needed to treat myself. Those grips are nice. I would like to change mine out someday but i really like the ones that came with it. They are the standard black cristobal ones. They are showing a little wear from carry but thats okay thats what i bought it for.

I love the gun, I thought the grips were pretty cool, I have plans for it. Not big, just cosmetic. I love the grips, I have never done a set like this where i had this much input. The streaks are nice.
I DO have a new set of grips like yours, lol

Here's my 2 so far, a Sig GSR which I love, and a Colt Commander that I plan to carry once I have some work done on it.

BTW I'm a new guy here trying to soak up as much 1911 info as I can.

8-day old CBOB. About 175 rounds through it. Shoots ever so sweet!
