FN vs. Browning HP

While I was at the range the other day, I saw a Browning 9mm HP for $650 and in another case, an FN HP in blued finish for $370. I was curious; is there a quality difference between the two pistols, or just a trademark difference?

Was that an "FN" or "FM". There is a BIG difference.

Only in that the FM is made in Argentina. Quality wise, I doubt there is any difference.

Muzzleblast,

Have you ever held the FM clone? Have ever dry fired one? Have taken one to the range?

There are significant differences in quality, durability and, performance between the clone and the genuine Hi-Power. A Belgian Hi-Power is a work of functional art.
