Shotgun question

A few days ago my buddy bought a Wilson shotgun marked "wilson combat" as opposed to scattergun tech. Od green to match his older cqb.

Can this marking be ordered with newer guns? Also, can other finishes be had? cerakote specifically?

Today many companies offer a combat pump. In the world of the combat shotgun Scattergun Technologies has the longest pedigree. I remember getting to use an instructors TR870 when I went to the academy 14 years ago and loved it. Some guys are Niche' weapon-o-philes, and he felt like the shotgun was the answer to every question. For him the only shotgun to have was a Scattergun Tech. Wilson Combat bought Scattergun Tech. out in 2000 IIRC and moved operations from TN to Berryville. I'm happy my TR870 (built in 2011) still says Scattergun Tech.

Assuming the standard border patrol rifle would not, what would qualify as a custom gun?

Little bird told me that Cera is now in use by you guys. Can we expect the whole color line to be available in the future?
