Can we get a sub-forum for each of the 50 States.
iIve been wondering and hoping that one day we will have a sub-forum for each of the 50 states. Doing this will give members a chance to meet with shooters from the same geographical area and assist in finding local deals and good places to shoot.

Some forum sites out there have an endless number of sub-fourms, sub-sub-forums, and sub-sub-forums inside a sub-forum. We're trying to keep this one manageable, so unfortunately we probably won't be doing that anytime soon although otherwise it wouldn't sound like a bad idea.

Try not to fall into the common trap of wanting to replace everything on your new 1911 just to make it "better". Know what you're changing out, and why. You may spend a lot of money fixing things that weren't broken to begin with. Shoot it for at least 500 rounds, then decide what you don't like and want improved. Vintage 1911's should NEVER be refinished or modified because it ruins any value they had as a collectible firearm.
