I probably have more stacked away than I really want to know. I tend to pick up another 20-50 (depending on caliber) whenever I see a brand I like/use on sale somewhere.
340 rds .223/5.56
400 rds 45ACP
40 rds 30-30 Win
60 rds 12 ga 00 buck
80 rds 38SPL (30rds shotshell)
I do not plan on a range trip any time soon and I was lucky that I have the cash today to buy 300rds of 45ACP.
20k of 223 loaded
4800 300 blk out waiting to be loaded, with another 10k of brass coming
6k 45ACP
5k 40 S&W
5k 9mm
1k 480 Ruger
1k 500 Smith
1k 44 mag
1k 41 mag
1k 357
1k 38 sp
1k 300 win mag
1k 25-06
1k 7mm
17k 22LR
10k 12ga
10k 20ga
10k 410
Each shotgun caliber has 1k of slugs put back to
And I've got more loaded of other calibers I just cant remember what calibers I've got.
Each 1 listed though is fully loaded except for the 300 blk out and more brass either here or coming in.
not enough. I have a bad habit of dipping into my reserve ammo when I want to go shooting. I buy a few cases, but then if I want to go shooting and my spare cash is tight, i just grab some of my reserve.
I live in California so I don't actually own guns, shoot, reload, or stockpile anything especially lead. If you happen to see something its actually just a figment of your imagination.
Being in Mexico the other day I happened upon a truck carrying 250,000 rds of ammo. Needless to say, I offered to take it off his hands. He was very accommodating. Think it had anything to do with the fact I was wearing a Mexican army uniform?
I used to have thousands of all the calibers I shot, then that got pretty much depleted when prices skyrocketed 4 years ago. I still buy it by the case, but I don't "stockpile" like I used to. I just shoot what I have, then order another case.
"Buy it cheap and stack it deep" was my motto, only problem is you can't buy it cheap anymore...
You sure can't. LGS did have 5.56 nato for $350 for 1000 2 weeks ago. Today it was $550.
