It's not about 'keeping it on target', it's about getting back on target from as short a distance as possible. Finding the sights in .20 - .30 second is next to impossible, the slide takes up a lot...

Funny, I hate the DA/SA and decocking nonsense. Mine's the bedroom gun now, likely never to be used again. Dead-nuts accurate while I used it for competition though.
