New novel coming out, The Blue Labyrinth by Preston & Child. Read preview and Pendergast is using a Les Baer Thunder Ranch pistol in this one.

I had this problem and Dillon sent a whole new assembly. Now I make sure not to over tighten. Over tightening turns the steel insert and causes the aluminum to bulge .
