I too just bought a .380 and will begin the process of loading on my 550b. Probably use carbide if available. Not sure about the bullets yet, probably a FMJRN to begin with.

Some brass needs to be sized, some doesn't. I've been loading some primed Fed nickeled in 45 acp. Goes right to the powder/expander station. No functioning problems. I normally like to prime my own...

I've used a marker, but it comes off too easily...I think I'll have a local jeweler engrave all the information on the mag. Gold inlaid scrip should look good. lol.

I did one once. Gave them several measurements and bingo. The angle bore is the way to go, will eliminate barrel springing.
